Order Issues

Your order may be shipped in separate packages under these circumstances: Items are stored in different warehouses. Items have varying preparation times. To comply with customs or courier weight restrictions and avoid additional charges. Please note: There are no extra fees for shipping your order in parts.
The estimated shipping time for your order typically ranges from 7 to 12 business days from the date it is shipped
Are there any additional fees? As a customer, you are responsible for paying any customs duties on your orders. 808Lush does not cover these costs. If you are unable to pay the duty charges and a parcel is returned, we will issue a store credit minus the shipping cost and the return cost
